How to prepare Blue pea butterfly tea?
1.Bring water to a boil and let it cool down to around 90-95 degrees Celsius.
2.Preheat your teapot by pouring hot water in and out.
3. Add 1 - 1.5 full teaspoons of butterfly flower tea for two cups of tea.
4. Steep for about 4-5 minutes. Do not over-steep.
5. You may add a drop of lemon- you will see the colour changing to purple. Childeren call this a magic tea.
Note: To make this tea as iced tea, first make it hot,cool it, add ice, few drops of lemon and honey. To make a latte add a small quantity of this ready tea to cold or iced milk, but NO Lemon.
