Method /Process of making your GTF 5-  Ayurveda Wellness Green Tea

You will need

1. A cup/glass
2. 150 ml ready boiled water (recommend Springwater)
3. A spoon
4. Ayurveda wellness green tea
5. Honey or Sweetener of your choice 

Process

• Add one 1/2 teaspoon to a cup and pour boiled water on top of the tea. Ensure some spices as in powder sitting at the bottom of the pouch/tin is part of the 1/2 teaspoon.
• Cover it and leave it to brew for 2-3 minutes.
• Strain, serve and enjoy.

Storage: Store GTF 5 – Ayurveda Wellness Green  tea in a cool dark place between 18-20 degrees celsius

Please do not drink more than two cups of this tea per day. It can be uncomfortable, as it may lead to going to the bathroom too often, headaches, sweating, or even vomiting.
