GTF 6 -Calming and Clear skin tea helps you to relax and achieve calm before sleeping. It's ideally, an afternoon or evening tea, that will work on your system and skin health (skin tone). A healthy and clear skin tone helps to fight hormonal acne and blemishes.

Brewing/ Preparation of GTF 6-Calming and Clear Skin Tea

You will Need

• A cup or a glass
• 1 1/2 teaspoon
• Infuser or a tea strainer
• 150ml boiling water
• Sweetener of your choice

Process

1. Put 1 1/2 teaspoon of GTF 6- Calming and clear skin tea into a cup/glass.
2. Pour boiling water into the cup.
3. Cover and brew for 4-5 minutes
4. Strain and serve
5. You can use the same tea 2-3 times. Keep the residue in the infuser or a cup.

A word of Caution: Calming and Clear Skin Tea

Any tea taken more than 2-3 cups is likely to be harmful to you.  Even though there is NO caffeine in this tea try not to drink more than twice. Too much of herbal tea can also lead to headaches, frequent peeing, and sleeplessness.
